The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the door men and the wait staff in the restaurant. The desk clerks were less helpful.
Air conditioner units were very noisy had to turn off to sleep

Loved large and nice hot breakfasts!!
the pool was good and i had good drinks in the outdoor bar. furthermore, free wi-fi worked throughout the property. location: the hotel was really close to even the marina, and the restaurant for lunch. tried some nice meals at don carbon, located next to the property.

The breakfast was warm with options for all diets and mexican flavours, as for instance, and the restaurant's offer was fine! Its location was magnificent, close enough to a well known Tacos restaurant is, and the airport at decent timing.

I enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the delicious breakfast selection, making my stay really comfortable while also being just a short walk to Mercado 28 for unique shopping and artisan finds as well as the serene Arte Garden for some fresh air and lovely views.

The beds were super comfy, and it was great to have daily housekeeping keeping everything fresh. The free shuttle to the beach was a nice touch, even if it was just once a day. The hotel is close to a small supermarket and a great taco restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was really good too!

We loved the pool area and enjoyed breakfast every morning. We visited the Beto Avila Baseball Stadium, a great experience, and also checked out a local event. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the taxi situation was frustrating at times. They often charged higher rates since it wasn't in the hotel zone, and we got dropped off at the wrong location more than once.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a huge variety of foods, especially the live omelette station. The large pool was very refreshing, and the transportation to the beach was a great bonus! I would definitely come back here again.
